IMPORTANT 2021 INFORMATION

Thank you for visiting our website!

Currently we are assessing what we are able and unable to do in the upcoming season because of the pandemic. It has been disastrous for small businesses of Coastal Maine and everywhere. Due to the uncertainty, we will update this page as things change.

For the time being, please know that the prices shown here will be higher and not all cottages and rooms displayed will be available. Some services will not be available. Breakfast will be Continental only.

Be aware that our Governor may impose strict guidelines for “out of state” guests entering the state of Maine as she did last season and we must adhere to these at the risk our license. You may need a Negative Covid Test within 72 hrs of entering the state (which is still in place with the exception of NH and VT) or show evidence of a vaccination.

We take Covid-19 very seriously. We adhere to all the CDC and Hospitality guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting with special attention to high touch areas with the appropriate disinfecting materials. It is extremely important that we keep ourselves and our staff safe as well.

We are hopeful that everything will get better as we get closer to summer. We plan to open June 18th. We will take inquiries for reservation requests off the website (please fill out the form under the tab “contact us”) and they will be held without deposit until we are certain of the guidelines, at which point we will contact you to hold it on a MasterCard or Visa. Our cancellation policy will be flexible.

Thank you for understanding and we hope to see you this season!
